The different proportionof added edible Gelatin



In the meat products , frozen meat and other foods, the amount of gelatin is 2% to 9%;

In the marshmallow, the amount of gelatin used is 2%;In the toffee, the amount of gelatin is 0.4% to 1.5%;

In the ice cream, the amount of gelatin used is 0.1%.
