Ham sausage: Contains additives including sodium nitrite, potassium sorbate and so on. Where sodium nitrite may form carcinogenic nitrosamines in vivo.
Preservatives: Contains citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and the like. Which sodium benzoate will destroy vitamin B1, and affect the absorption of calcium in children.
